project description
The mixed-use complex is located at the intersection of Shchyolkovskoye Highway and Sireneviy Boulevard. The complex comprises three high-rise towers (33 floors) set upon a shared, extensively developed podium. The apartments, ranging from 119 to 258 square meters, offer views of Izmailovsky and Cherkizovsky Parks and the RZhD Arena stadium. The building is also planned to include a fitness center, a restaurant, and an underground parking facility.
The architectural concept and design approval documentation were developed by ASADOV bureau.
