RESIDENTIAL AND HOTEL COMPLEX TVER-MARINA

50 ha complex is located on the bank of the Volga. There are a 200-room hotel, commercial centre, spa centre, sports complexes walking and recreational areas surrounded by a 120-seat yacht bay.

Use the latest achievements of modern eco-architecture, the existing landscape, as well as borrowing of the long-standing traditions and culture of Tver region are the principles that define the entire architectural nature of the project. The integrated concept of formation of «new way of life» with the main centres in the form of a river, a recreational zone and a forest area became the basis of the project. The modernist approach in the adopted architectural solution reflects the desire to preserve the centuries-old traditions and culture of the region, and is based on modern trends of environmentally friendly construction. The benefits of a natural landscape are used as efficiently as possible in such construction.

The project concept was implemented jointly with the British company Benoy.
