OFFICE AND SHOPPING CENTER VOENTORG

The main goal of the Project for the reconstruction of the Voentorg office and shopping center was to achieve the international standard of class A buildings in such key places as reception, lobby, elevators, parking, and other common areas such as the inner atrium.
It was also necessary to separate the office block from a large number of visitors to stores or coworking, taking into account the change of tenants of commercial real estate, and redevelop the two lower floors from Mokhovaya street.

As part of the reconstruction our company collaborated with the British architectural Bureau Ben Adams.
