EX-SOVIET CINEMA RIGA

A reconstruction project of 6 soviet cinemas – creation of regional centers with entertainment and shopping features. All the projects are made in REVIT using BIM-technologies. The Riga Cinema was built in 1966 and was a classic example of a Soviet single-room cinema. Since the 2010s, the film screening has stopped, but the cafe "Old Riga" continued to work in the building.

The RIGA District Center is designed to change the lives of Muscovites in their area. The old cinema will be transformed into a modern two-storey multifunctional district center. It will be a place where people will come to meet friends in nice cafes and restaurants, spend time with the whole family, attend a lecture or a master class, buy fresh food and everything you need for your home.

BIM technologies have been used at all stages (AGR, Project Documentation, Working Documentation).
