Competition project

In this competitive project, we tried to achieve the goals set by the Customer: to ensure maximum insolation, to fit the required number of apartment areas into the boundaries of the site. As a result, we managed both to complete the Customer's task, but also to design the placement of apartments so that neighbors do not look at each other's windows, which is not obvious with high-rise and multi-level buildings. Facades are proposed to be made of white metal panels and "chameleon". The low-rise part has facades made of natural stone in light beige shades.
