THE MK 3 PROJECT HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE ARCHITECTURAL COUNCIL OF MOSCOW

A cultural and leisure center with a total area of about 5,600 m2 will be built for residents of the Biryulyovo Zapadnoye district. There will be a concert hall with 450 seats, transformable rooms for studios and clubs, a gym, a coworking, a buffet and much more.
The building will be in the style of Soviet modernism, but in modern interpretation, using several types of facing materials - dark pink textured plaster, large sandwich panels of red color, as well as a metal grid.
