PROJECT OF SHOPPING MALL «SREDA» RECEIVED AGR

At the end of December 2021, the project of MK 3 Shopping Mall "SREDA" received architectural and urban planning permission. The construction of the shopping center will begin in 2022. The shopping center "SREDA" is implemented by the developer "STRANA DEVELOPMENT".

The developer has experience in building and managing such facilities: in Tyumen, the developer controls large shopping centers. The developer manages about 125 thousand sq. m. meters of commercial real estate.
