A reconstruction project of 6 soviet cinemas – creation of regional centers with entertainment and shopping features. All the projects are made in REVIT using BIM-technologies. The Tallinn Cinema was built in 1966. Since the mid-1990s, small enterprises began to open in it and spontaneous trade began. The cinema has lost its original function and has ceased to be the center of attraction of the district.

The TALLINN District Center is designed to change the lives of Muscovites in their area. It will be a place where people will come to meet friends in nice cafes and restaurants, spend time with the whole family, attend a lecture or a master class.

BIM technologies have been used at all stages (AGR, Project Documentation, Working Documentation).
