Industrial Park "Yuzhnye Vrata" is located at the intersection of two key Federal highways: the M4 don and the A107 Moskovskoe Maloe Koltso (MMK).
One of the projects completed by MK 3 took 2nd place in the 2019-2020 BIM technology competition.
The new class a warehouse building with a total area of 43,000 sq. m. is scheduled for commissioning in the 1st quarter of 2021.
Currently, MK 3 is engaged in the following project, which was leased by Kärcher, for which this facility will be the first plant in Russia. Its total area will be about 12 500 m2.
