LOGISTICS COMPLEX GLOBUS

The Globus Logistics Center is a unique warehouse complex, in the design of which innovative technologies in the field of logistics, engineering systems, space-planning structural and architectural solutions were used. The project is fully implemented in BIM (the LOD 400 information model has been created). The logistics center includes two buildings: general and multi-temperature warehouses, as well as two overhead passages, one of which connects the personnel entrance area to the warehouse and the second connecting warehouse building, engineering facilities. The structural solutions of two overhead crossings located above the carriageway, the lengths of which are 45 and 50 meters, provide free maneuvering of long-length motor transport.

The project was awarded the BREEAM VERY GOOD environmental certificate.
