PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A business-class residential complex in the north-west of Moscow, where all the advantages of modern urban living harmoniously coexist with a private park in the courtyard and a dozen natural locations in the surrounding area.
The complex features a 3.5-hectare park area with children's and sports playgrounds, recreational zones, a central square, a dry fountain, and a decorative pond. The adjacent riverfront embankment has been landscaped for leisurely walks and relaxation by the water.
