Terminal Logistics Center Usady includes 33 buildings and structures of different types, and the project completed by MK 3 has 360 BIM models. This is the largest BIM assembly for spring 2021.

Terminal Logistics Center is a reference project of transport and logistics hub for transhipment and processing of containers, piggyback, a wide range of other cargoes, rendering a full range of related services. It will provide up to 5% of the total freight turnover of the Moscow railway hub. It is equipped with terminals to handle containers, contrailers, and other cargo, including first-time timber and metal manufacturing operations. A customs control zone and a temporary storage warehouse will operate on the territory of the terminal logistics center.

The total length of the railway tracks is 17.2 km. The planned cargo turnover is 8,200 tons per year. The area is 121 ha . The total area of warehouse buildings - 131 000 m2. The total area of administrative buildings - 9 000 m2. The project has been performed in BIM LOD 400 using BIM360.
