PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The project « Straji Urala » envisages construction of multifunctional complex in Ekaterinburg, with a total area of more than 300 thousand m2. It will consist of two towers 41 and 36 stories high, connected by a bridge building, and adjoining low-rise buildings. The height of the north tower will be 218 meters and the south - 195 meters. It will include office and residential facilities as well as a large shopping centre. The stylobate area covers an area of about 91 000 m2., 37 000 m2 of which is reserved for the construction of parking lot. The concept of the project has been implemented in cooperation with the French architectural bereau Valode&Pistre.

Most of the space in the buildings is intended for the offices of class «A». The last seven floors of the towers will house the apartments and 3-4 floors will be allocated to luxury apartments. In addition to residential and office property, there are plans to build a medical center and an art gallery within the complex.
