RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX HORTUS-HARMONIA

Residential complex «Hortus Harmonia» is a 14-storey premium-class house located in a quiet alley just beside the Botanical Garden of Moscow State University «Aptekarskiy ogorod». The complex was put into operation in 2006.

The parade facade with bright graphics and panoramic glazing looks to the Botanical Garden. The curtain facades are covered with terracotta and decorated with light natural stone and patinated copper. The interiors of public areas such as a stylish lounge and cafe, fitness centre and beauty salon are decorated with expensive natural materials.

The inner courtyard is designed as a podium with a cascading waterfall and a summer pool in a landscape environment. Residents of Residential Complex «Hortus Harmonia» are provided with unimpeded access to the territory of «Aptekarskiy Ogorod» through their own gate.

There is a car parking in the underground part of the complex.Parking capacity is 111 cars.
